About This Coffee: Confluence Blend has the entire value chain in our thoughts, from the growers, to the baristas, to the consumers. It has been designed around consistency and quality, resulting in a rich, pleasing coffee that requires minimal maintenance on the brewers behalf.

The coffees in this blend are all relationship coffees and we’re committed to all the growers and producers we currently partner with. They’re true experts at what they do and it allows us to share with you an incredibly consistent coffee year round. Loaded with plenty of sugar browning flavors and chocolates and a cherry-like acidity that spruces it up to make it a sure fire crowd-pleaser, this coffee works equally well as espresso or filter. About This Coffee: Sometimes you want a coffee, but not a coffee coffee. First Light Blend was created just for you. A bright, floral, fruit forward blend on the lighter side of things. Roasted just right so all of those high fidelity notes permeate the cup, while still allowing plenty of sugary goodness and a body to please, First Light is sure to delight. This blend doesn’t come off as weak, watery, or grassy - rather it highlights the inherent fruit notes of each varietal and then expertly blends them into a beautiful coffee. Light roast drinker? Enthusiast of natural processed coffees? A fan of fruit forward blends? Then stop looking and grab a bag of First Light Blend, you won’t be disappointed.

About This Coffee: For those early mornings, when you want to hit snooze but can’t. Dawn Patrol is only just a hair more developed than Confluence but with a different percentage and make up of coffees to really balance the acidity out with big sugar browning flavors of dark chocolate and roasted nuts. Incredibly approachable with very mild fruits and acidity it’s a great coffee for those who like a dash of milk or cream, or those who like some more basic flavors in their cup.

About This Coffee: Good decaf is just good coffee, period. We fully believe that statement and are always on the hunt for top quality decaf lots that meet our strict standards. Generally we prefer the EA decaffeination process over Swiss Water as it retains a bit more of the natural sweetness and rich body inherent in good coffee. Rich, smooth, full-bodied, with darker fruit notes and a lingering sweetness - that is the type of decaf we go for. Don’t worry about telling your friends that you are serving decaf, they won’t be able to tell. Like we said, good decaf is just good coffee.
