The Classic Light Roast Profile is optimized for light roast coffees providing brighter, cleaner flavors and higher acidity.
This profile is one of several of TWW’s that meet the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) guidelines for improved flavor for coffee. Just add one stick to 1.0gal of distilled or RO (Reverse Osmosis) water, shake, and use to brew your favorite coffee.
