About this coffee In the Wayuu dialect, “Antukka” describes the state of sleeping or dreaming.

The coffee is produced by members of the Central Cauca Association for Peace (ACC) in Piendamó, Cauca. Founded by a local farmer, the association was established to increase the value of Castillo coffee while creating dependable incomes for neighboring producers, offering an alternative to cultivating illicit crops. That philosophy continues today, with transparent pricing and complete traceability extending back to every contributing farm.

This coffee is decaffeinated using the natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) process, often called the sugarcane process. Derived from fermented sugarcane, EA gently removes caffeine while maintaining the coffee’s original character. The result is a clean, balanced cup with vibrant sweetness, soft fruit notes, and all the complexity you’d expect from a specialty Colombian coffee.

Comforting, flavorful, and satisfying at any hour, this is a decaf you’ll reach for whether caffeine is on the menu or not.
