About this coffee Confluence Blend has the entire value chain in our thoughts, from the growers, to the baristas, to the consumers. It has been designed around consistency and quality, resulting in a perfect mix of old school chocolate and new school red fruits that requires minimal maintenance on the brewers behalf. The coffees in this blend are all relationship coffees and we’re committed to all the growers and producers we currently partner with. They’re true experts at what they do and it allows us to share with you an incredibly consistent coffee year round.
The blend is split into three baskets; a core part is made up of coffees from either Linarco Rodriguez in Colombia, or from Fincas Mierisch in Nicaragua depending on the time of year. Always keeping this portion as fresh as possible. The coffee from Brazil is super important to us and comes from SMC Brasil’s Donas do Cafe program, A program that champions female producers working in coffee. We’ve visit them yearly, and have continued building a strong partnership since 2018. And lastly, that sweet, juicy natural Grade 2 Ethiopian Heirloom from our friends at Boledu and processed at Halo Beriti.
The process for instant coffee is relatively straightforward, but complex to do. In short, nothing is added, and only the liquid removed. So, just add water, stir, and enjoy!
