Aeropress

The Aeropress is a total immersion brewing method that was developed by Alan Adlar, an engineer and the president of Aerobie; yes, the same company known for the flying disc. It’s a method highly favoured amongst travellers for its durability and cup quality. 


Coffee: 14g medium fine coffee
Water: 200g 96C/204F water
Brew time: 1.30min

Preheat inverted Aeropress and rinse filter paper

Discard water and add ground coffee

Start timer and add 200g of water, up to the 4

Stir 6 times to ensure grounds are saturated

At 1.00 flip Aeropress and press gently over the next 30s into cup
