Established in 2012 with the planting of 20,000 trees, the farm's expansion goal by 2022 was to grow over 50,000 trees across 10 hectares.
Their commitment to excellence is evident in their success at the Taza Dorada competition, where they placed 3rd in 2016 and took 1st place in 2017. This achievement stems from their careful and detailed processes, which include hand-selecting ripe cherries, double-washing the cherries to ensure consistent fermentation, and experimenting with various fermentation methods. They also take special care in the washing, drying, and storage processes to preserve the coffee’s quality.
