Transportation, Storage, Financing & Logistics The total added cost to get the coffee from its place of origin to our roastery in Salt Lake City, UT.
Production Cost All our overheads, R&D, and cost of goods to produce 1lb of roasted coffee
Idle Hands Cost Total cost of Green, Logistics, and Production
Exporter Organization responsible for exporting the coffee
Importer Organization responsible for importing the coffee
Intermediary Individual or organization responsible for the relationship between producer/farmer/cooperative and responsible for the quality assurance and receives all relevant QA samples
Qty Purchased Total amount purchased
Cup Score Cup score at the time of purchase
Sharing the description of how the coffee was roasted is meant for educational and transparency purposes and is not instructional on how another roaster should roast their coffees. It provides little context from one roasting company to another. Roasting companies often have different ideas of when they should mark Color Change or First Crack.
