Our beans are proudly sourced from exceptional farms around the world, roasted to perfection in Salt Lake City, UT, and transformed into instant coffee through our partnership with the good folks at Hasty Coffee.
Unlike typical instant coffee, ours is crafted through a slow, meticulous freeze-drying process. Over several days—not hours—the brewed coffee is gently dehydrated under vacuum pressure. The frozen water moves straight from solid to vapor without ever becoming liquid, preserving the coffee’s pure character and complexity.
Food scientists widely consider freeze-drying the gold standard for flavor preservation. In fact, studies show it maintains up to 97% of a food’s natural enzymatic activity. The result? A long-lasting instant coffee with a remarkably fresh, nuanced profile.
