Guatemalan coffees have been world renowned for a deservingly long time, and we’re pretty proud to share a prime example of just how clean, sweet, and bright these profiles can be. This current lot of their’s is a stunningly clean, subtle, and transparent Villa Sarchi. Cherries are sealed in drums and stored at a cool temperature during their fermentation, and controlled in a way to encourage a lactic fermentation, before being washed clean and dried on raised beds.
