CUP OF EXCELLENCE ROASTER COLLAB BOX
Three roasters, from Hillsboro, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Salt Lake City, UT, with our own approach to roasting, one CoE winning coffee from this year’s Nicaragua program. We find different versions of similar profiles, with a common thread of ripe red fruit flavors, a deep sweetness like maple syrup or caramel, an underlying floral character, and a balanced acidity.
