THIS Cup of Excellence winner placed #4 in the most recent CoE program in Brazil with the newly added category system. A testament to innovative processing, this Brazilian grown SL28 was inoculated with Selvatech yeast, sealed in drums with airlocks for 72hr before slowly drying for the next 48 days under UV filtered greenhouses.
